Mens Club

The Bet Shira Congregation (CVP) is dedicated to fostering a supportive and engaged community within our synagogue as well as in our broader community of the Village of Pinecrest. Volunteers play a vital role in assisting with various related tasks that support the daily operations and special events at Bet Shira and will be identified as a CVP. Participants will be outfitted in matching vests, hats and other identifying wearing apparel. Please note that volunteers will never be placed in harm's way and will not be expected to perform any activity that they are now comfortable with. Volunteers might be called upon to assist in manning a security post however the function will be strictly to add “eyes and ears”. Security matters that entail contact with suspicious persons will be handled exclusively by the police and the designated Bet Shira security officer. All volunteer duties will be assigned by the Bet Shira Executive Director in a manner deemed appropriate and shall be relayed to the volunteers via the CVP Coordinator and in accordance with this job description
