Conversion Class with Rabbi Jesse

At Bet Shira we welcome prospective conversion candidates with open arms and open hearts.

Conversion at BSC is an immersive experience grounded in living Jewishly. The program consists of a combination of adult education classes, conversations and counseling with Rabbi Jesse, attendance at services, and participation in synagogue life.

Starting January 4, 2024 I 7:30pm

6-month course

Thursdays at 7:30 pm (in person and online)

Tuition is $500

Successful candidates complete a fully halakhic conversion according to the standards of Conservative Judaism.

Our monthly family Shabbat is led by Rabbi Jesse and Mr. Mason and is open to the Jewish community.

Our musical service is followed by a complimentary dinner and a project decorating costume masks!

Complimentary aftercare for our current preschool families from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm is available for those attending Jammies and Jeans services.
